Exercise regimen

A proper well planned exercise regimen is necessary to maintain proper health. Choose an exercise which suits you. If you have never any exercise at all, then you should start off with simple stretching exercise and a little bit of walking. As your body loosens up and builds up stamina, then increase the duration of the exercise. Be flexible in setting goals for yourself. Plan out in advance your exercise schedule. Switch from eating unhealthy foods to healthier less oily foods. Eat lighter meals instead of heavier meals. This makes you less lethargic. Never do exercise after eating heavy meals. Initially you will tired, but soon your body will adapt to the exercise regimen which you have set out for your self. Soon you will notice that you are feeling more vibrant, more full of energy and more mentally alert. There are so many positive health benefits to exercise.
